More than 80 acres of new open space will create safe and accessible leisure areas for people of all ages to enjoy.

Around 1.5 million sq ft of high quality employment space will be developed in line with market demand, creating around 2,000 out of circa 6,000 jobs for Glan Llyn as a whole. The range of office space, commercial property, industrial units and warehousing to let or for sale will comprise bespoke buildings ranging in size from 20,000 sq ft to 1.25 million sq ft.
